Unity is seeking a Staff Product Manager for the Vector applied research team to shape User Acquisition products within Unity Ads. You will collaborate with advertisers, scientists, and engineers to define a product roadmap and measure impact across high-scale campaigns.

You will lead ML feature development, impact analysis, and cross-functional alignment to deliver advertiser value while advancing Unity’s ads platform and performance.

Formación

• 6+ years of product management experience
• 3+ years leading technical or ML-driven products
• Strong experience in mobile advertising, particularly User Acquisition
• Experience shaping product strategy and aligning teams around business and user priorities
• Ability to leverage data-driven decision-making, including cohort analysis, to assess ML product and algorithm performance
• Strong understanding of ML concepts, algorithms, and data analysis, bridging technical and product goals
• Demonstrated ability to work with large-scale data sets and deploy ML models in production environments
• Skilled in critical thinking and problem-solving with a user-first focus
