Unity is seeking a Staff Machine Learning Engineer for the Vector Ads Modeling team in Mountain View. You will advance ads recommendation algorithms to deliver personalized experiences by leading modeling roadmaps and deploying research into production.

You will work with large-scale data and compute, collaborate with engineering and product teams, and shape impactful ML models across the ads ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience applying state-of-the-art ML and deep learning to real-world problems.
• Proficient in Python, PyTorch, and DL frameworks.
• Strong understanding of metric design and large-scale data analysis.
