Job summary

Unity Technologies is seeking a Staff Product Manager to lead product strategy and execution for User Acquisition within Unity Ads. You will drive campaign management, work with advertisers to define goals, and partner with scientists, engineers, and GTM teams to deliver scalable ML-powered solutions.

You will define success metrics, use data and experimentation to evaluate results, and guide ongoing improvements while exploring agentic approaches to simplify advertiser workflows.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of product management experience, including 3+ years leading technical or ML-driven products.
• Strong experience in mobile advertising, particularly User Acquisition.
• Experience shaping product strategy and aligning teams around business and user priorities.
• Ability to leverage data-driven decision-making, including cohort analysis, to assess ML product performance.
• Strong understanding of ML concepts, algorithms, and data analysis, bridging technical teams and product goals.
• Experience deploying ML models in production environments.
