Unity is seeking a Staff Machine Learning Engineer for the Vector Ads Modeling team in the United States. The role focuses on advancing ads recommendation algorithms to deliver personalized ads experiences, leveraging large-scale compute and rich user data.

You will design modeling roadmaps, perform foundational research, and collaborate with engineering and product teams to bring research into production. Strong Python/PyTorch and data analytics skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience applying state-of-the-art ML and DL models to real-world problems, especially user behavior modeling.
• Proficiency in Python and PyTorch and deep learning frameworks.
• Strong understanding of metric design and large-scale data analysis.
