  • Own Listening overall product strategy & roadmap getting org wide buy-in to the most impactful product bets for investment with clear, trackable pay-off metrics
  • Partner closely with Engineering to deliver on product bet investments, balancing near-term customer/revenue commitments against longer-term strategic goals. Drive innovative solutions that balance value with risk, effort and strategic alignment
  • Collaborate deeply with the pricing and packaging team to optimize pricing strategies for Listening balancing costs, sales, retention, expansion and multi-product attachment goals
  • Act as connective tissue with Marketing, Sales and Customer Experience to ensure product direction and deliveries are centred in customer and market insights. Ensure GTM is delivered to maximise customers and prospects awareness and ability to try and adopt new releases
