Job summary

Sprout Social, Inc. is seeking an experienced Product Manager to own the strategy, delivery, and scaling of our Listening product, shaping its position as a competitive advantage in the growing social intelligence market.

This individual contributor role requires deep product leadership to drive adoption and deliver decision-grade insights for key personas, partnering with Engineering, Design, and GTM to align product outcomes with business goals.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of PM experience in a B2B product-driven SaaS or Analytics environment.
• Proven success leading product growth in a multi-product portfolio.
• Experience collaborating with product, design, engineering, and GTM leaders to deliver cohesive solutions.
• Experience partnering with distributed engineering teams across different time zones
• Demonstrated ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Bias toward customer and market insight with strong discovery mindset
• Curiosity about evolving social software landscapes and continuous improvement
• Excellent organizational, time management, and project management skills

Responsibilities

• Own Listening product strategy and roadmap with org-wide buy-in to the most impactful bets.
• Partner with Engineering to deliver on product bets balancing value, risk, and effort.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Experience to align GTM and customer adoption.
• Establish and monitor clear success metrics and outcomes for initiatives.
• Communicate progress, risks, and pivots to stakeholders across R&D and the broader Sprout team.
