Sprout Social is looking for an experienced Product Manager to own the strategy, delivery, and scaling of our Listening product. You will shape the direction of Listening to become a competitive advantage in the growing social intelligence market, driving adoption across Sprout’s customer base.

You’ll collaborate with Product Design, Engineering, and GTM to align strategy with market needs and business goals, guiding execution from roadmap to impact.

Responsabilidades

• Deeply understand customer jobs and market needs shaping product strategy.
• Own Listening product strategy roadmap with cross-org buy-in and measurable payoffs.
• Partner with Engineering to deliver bets balancing value, risk, and effort.
• Collaborate on pricing and packaging to optimize Listening profitability and adoption.
