Job summary

Squarespace is seeking a Staff Product Manager for Domains Growth to lead pricing, monetization, and revenue expansion for domains-first users. You will partner with Growth, Commercial, Design, and Engineering to define specs, drive roadmap, and deliver measurable business impact.

You will guide pricing, packaging, and go-to-market strategies while setting and tracking OKRs, collaborating with marketing and partnerships to optimize growth across the product ecosystem. Remote within the U.S.

Qualifications

• 6-10 years of product management experience or equivalent.
• Experience with consumer-facing software products.
• Strong commercial acumen including acquisition costs, LTV, and growth funnel metrics.
• Proven ability to partner with engineering teams and cross-functional delivery teams.
• Track record of building products that are loved by customers and drive top-line growth.
• Excellent storytelling, leadership, strategy, and analytical thinking.

Responsibilities

• Own the Domains growth product roadmap and monetization opportunities for new and existing users.
• Build out pricing, value expansion, and domain monetization initiatives.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering to define specs and maintain release schedules.
• Develop strategies to deepen customer engagement and integrate Domains with Squarespace’s product ecosystem.
• Lead customer research and data analysis to inform prioritization and direction.
• Set clear OKRs with engineering and design and align with GTM, pricing, and packaging efforts.
