Job summary

Grow Therapy in New York is seeking a growth-focused partner to own new client intake on our platform, driving awareness, consideration, and conversion. You’ll work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and partnerships to unlock scalable growth.

This role emphasizes fast iteration, data-driven experimentation, and building the MarTech stack to improve onboarding from first touch to booked session, expanding access to mental health care.

Grow Therapy exists to make mental health therapy accessible for everyone. This role owns the moment that makes that real: the first booking. You’ll be accountable for new client intakes on the platform, which means you own both the number that drives the business and the number that represents someone finally getting the care they need. You’ll launch the 0 to 1 bets that reach people before they know they need us, remove the friction between “I need help” and a booked first session, and build the platform that turns what works into what scales.

What you’ll own

• Awareness: unlock new channels, partnerships, and integrations (wearables, DTC lab testing, other health and tech platforms) so Grow is present when people think about their health
• Consideration: own SEO, AEO, and social so Grow shows up in the moment of need, whether someone is searching, asking an AI, or scrolling
• Conversion: turn intent into action by removing friction and building confidence at every step on our website and app, guiding clients to a booked first appointment
• Referrals: make it natural for clients to bring Grow to friends and loved ones who need help too
• Platform: build the MarTech foundations that equip marketers to test, learn, and optimize landing pages, emails, and campaigns at scale

How you’ll work

• Lead by defining the strategy, aligning executive stakeholders and driving execution while raising the bar within the team and broader product organization
• Launch 0 to 1 bets that unlock significant net-new ways to reach clients
• Optimize the funnel end-to-end by running a rigorous, experiment-driven practice
• Partner deeply with our Marketing team, and collaborate both with peer teams within the Client pillar and across the other two sides of our marketplace — Providers and Payers
