Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience.
• Ability to own a product domain and lead roadmaps spanning 2–3 years across multiple teams.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills; SQL proficiency required.
• Track record of shipping products in data-dense, complex domains with cross-functional work.
• Experience aligning multiple cross-functional teams around a shared roadmap.
• Ability to operate at both strategy and execution levels in the same week.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for leadership.
• Experience mentoring or leading other PMs; B2B/workflow knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive product strategy across the Commerce domain spanning several teams and workflows.
• Build intelligent AI agents to automate core commerce operations like quoting, billing, and invoicing.
• Own the end-to-end roadmap, identify high-leverage problems, and sequence investments.
• Partner with Engineering, Design, Sales, Operations, and other product teams to ship integrated experiences.
• Collaborate across a global footprint with engineering teams in the West Coast US and China.
• Use data to set direction with metrics frameworks that tie product usage to business outcomes.
• Break down ambiguous problems into concrete product plans for multiple teams.
• Represent the domain in leadership forums to influence resources and direction.
• Mentor PMs to improve specs, prioritization, trade-offs, and shipping.
