Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Staff Product Manager to shape the next generation of the Comms Platform. This remote-first role spans modernization of transactional and marketing communications, enabling cross-team collaboration and scalable, reliable infrastructure.

You will partner with Engineering and cross-functional teams to set direction, trade off architecture decisions, and drive adoption of platform capabilities across the organization.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience leading complex products or platforms.
• Experience building platform/complex products; comms or messaging experience a plus.
• Strong product judgment and ability to convert ambiguity into strategy and actionable roadmaps.
• Technical fluency; comfortable partnering with Engineering on architecture and scalability.

Responsibilities

• Set product strategy and roadmap for Comms Plat aligning customer needs, business priorities, and tech opportunities.
• Modernize comms infrastructure and build shared capabilities for consistent transactional and marketing comms.
• Lead complex platform initiatives from strategy to launch and adoption with Engineering and cross-functional partners.
• Build relationships across the company to ensure comms needs for new products and markets are reflected in platform plans.
• Shape channel, platform, and partner strategy including build-versus-buy decisions in the communications ecosystem.
• Make tradeoffs across customer experience, reliability, cost, regulatory requirements, and speed.
• Define meaningful success measures and use signals to guide priorities and investments.
