Job summary

Triumph is seeking a Staff Product Manager to shape our Intelligence team's roadmap in the freight domain. You’ll partner with engineers, designers, data and marketing to deliver customer-centered products on a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

The role demands 7+ years in product management, with at least 2 years in senior capacity, plus experience in logistics or data analytics. A Bachelor’s in CS/Engineering/Business is expected, with strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in product management, with at least 2 years in a senior or staff-level role.
• Experience in Logistics, Transportation, Supply Chain or Data Analytics.
• Proven track record of launching successful products in B2B/B2C environments.
• Strong collaboration with engineers, designers and marketers.
• Technical background and experience with agile development processes.
• Leadership to mentor, lead teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead and communicate the product vision and strategy in alignment with company objectives.
• Manage the full product lifecycle from discovery to launch and iteration.
• Collaborate with software engineers, designers, data and marketing teams and customers to deliver high-quality products on time.
• Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and product performance to guide decision-making.
• Prioritize product features based on business impact and customer value.
• Mentor and inspire the product team, sharing best practices and helping elevate capabilities.
• Influence executives to align and drive support for product initiatives.
• Identify new product opportunities and stay ahead of emerging technologies.
