Triumph is seeking a Staff Product Manager to lead the Intelligence roadmap for our freight platform. You will own the product lifecycle, collaborate with engineers, data, design and marketing, and translate complex problems into scalable solutions that deliver value to brokers, carriers and shippers.
This role requires strategic thinking, cross‑functional leadership, and data‑driven decision making in a fast‑paced environment.
Qualifications
- 7+ years in product management with senior or staff-level experience.
- Logistics, Transportation, Supply Chain or Data/Analytics background.
- Proven track record launching B2B/B2C products.
- Experience collaborating with engineers, design and marketing teams.
- Strong understanding of agile development.
Responsibilities
- Lead and communicate product vision and strategy aligned with company objectives.
- Manage full product lifecycle from discovery to launch and iteration.
- Collaborate with engineers, designers, data and marketing teams and customers to deliver high-quality products on time.
- Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and product performance to guide decisions.
- Prioritize features based on business impact and customer value.
- Mentor the product team and influence stakeholders across levels.
