Job summary

Duck Creek Technologies is seeking a Senior Product Manager for the Agentic AI Platform. You will own roadmap execution, translate AI strategy into requirements, and work across product, engineering, data science, security, and customer-facing teams to deliver scalable AI platform capabilities.

You will define governance, observability, and lifecycle patterns for AI agents, drive measurable business value, and balance innovation with reliability and compliance. Travel ~25% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, master’s degree, or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Data Science, Business, Insurance, Product Management, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Own roadmap execution for major AI platform capabilities.
• Translate AI platform strategy into epics, features, and user stories.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Architecture, Data Science, Security, Legal, and Customer Success teams.
• Define reusable platform capabilities and governance patterns.
• Communicate decisions in clear business and technical terms to stakeholders.
• Monitor trends in agentic AI, governance, and observability to inform roadmap.
