Job summary

Xometry is seeking a Staff Product Manager for Financial Systems to bridge order-to-cash and procure-to-pay workflows. You will translate finance requirements into PRDs for engineers and lead cross-functional collaboration with Accounting, Finance, and Legal teams while owning release enablement.

You will design policy-driven workflows, ensure proper audit trails, and drive automation where it adds measurable value.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in product, program, or project management.
• 4+ years in an accounting related role (bookkeeping/audit).
• Experience with accounting fundamentals and SOX controls.
• Experience integrating with ERP and third-party solutions.

Responsibilities

• Identify, define, and prioritize features and product enhancements.
• Develop finance-focused PRDs for engineers.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Finance, and Accounting teams.
• Own release enablement, training, and SOP documentation.
• Build controls into workflows with SOX considerations.
