Job summary

Xometry, a global digital manufacturing marketplace, is hiring a Staff Product Manager for Financial Systems. You will translate finance requirements into PRDs for engineers, align with Accounting, Controllership, Tax, and Internal Audit, and own end-to-end release enablement.

You will gather requirements from customers, partners, and Accounting to build features that improve order-to-cash and procure-to-pay processes while ensuring strong internal controls and compliance.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in product, program, or project management with accounting focus.
• Strong fundamentals in accounting, accruals, revenue recognition, COA and month-end close.
• Experience with ERP platforms and journal entries across ledgers.
• Ability to design policy-driven workflows and cross-functional alignment.

Responsibilities

• Identify, define and prioritize features and enhancements with metrics.
• Understand finance workflows from customer and internal accounting perspectives.
• Coordinate between Engineering, Finance, Sales and Legal for launches.
• Own release enablement, docs, SOPs and training; ensure adoption.
• Build controls into product workflows with SOX-compliant design.
