Job summary

Xometry seeks a Staff Product Manager for Financial Systems to join our Finance Systems team. You will own the intersection of order-to-cash and procure-to-pay, gathering requirements from customers, partners, and our Accounting group to translate into features and PRDs for engineering.

You will collaborate across Finance, Accounting, and Engineering to ensure controls, automation, and scalable workflows. This role emphasizes a strong accounting foundation and cross-functional leadership.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product, program or project management experience; 4+ years in accounting related role.
• Accounting fundamentals and SOX controls familiarity to partner with Controllership.
• Experience with ERP integrations and journal entries across ledgers.

Responsibilities

• Identify, define, and prioritize features and product enhancements that matter and quantify value.
• Understand finance, procurement and operational end-to-end workflows from customer and internal teams.
• Serve as hub between Engineering, Finance, Accounting, Sales, Legal, and Tax for smooth launches.
• Own release enablement end-to-end: communication, SOPs, training, and marketing coordination.
• Build controls into workflows with segregation of duties, audit trails and SOX considerations.
• Apply automation and AI to high-volume manual tasks with human review where needed.
• Deconstruct complex problems into manageable pieces to deliver iterative wins.
• Research and auditing workflows with AR/AP teams to resolve issues.
