Walmart is seeking an analytical Staff Product Manager to lead strategy for the financial and commercial platform powering how WFS prices services, applies incentives, calculates fees and reimbursements, and communicates financial activity.

You will own multi-quarter vision, work with Engineering, Design, and Business partners to deliver scalable financial systems, leverage data insights, and mentor other product managers in a fast-paced ecommerce/fintech environment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related area with at least 7 years’ experience in product management.
• Alternatively, 9 years’ experience in product management or related area.

Aufgaben

• Define and own multi-quarter product vision and strategy for financial systems that enable sellers to estimate costs and ensure fees and incentives are accurate, with clear visibility into how transactions are calculated.
• Lead end-to-end product lifecycle management, coordinating with cross-functional teams to deliver value from discovery through launch and scaling.
• Build deep customer and market insights using data analysis, design thinking, and feedback mechanisms to prioritize product initiatives.
• Drive data-driven decision-making through advanced analytics, experimentation, and AI/ML feature evaluation.
• Influence technical direction by collaborating with Engineering on architecture, feasibility, and innovation opportunities.
• Mentor product managers and promote rigorous launch readiness and performance measurement.
