Job summary

Walmart Fulfillment Services (WFS) seeks a Staff Product Manager to lead strategy and execution for the financial and commercial platform that prices services, applies incentives, calculates fees, and communicates financial activity.

You’ll collaborate with Engineering, Design, and Business partners across ecommerce, fulfilment, and analytics to ensure accurate, scalable transactions and strong seller experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related area.
• Option 2: 9 years’ experience in product management or related area.

Responsibilities

• Define and own multi‑quarter product vision and strategy for financial systems that enable sellers to estimate costs and ensure fees and incentives are accurate.
• Lead end‑to‑end product lifecycle management, coordinating with cross‑functional teams to deliver value from discovery through launch and scaling.
• Build deep customer and market insights using data analysis, design thinking, and feedback mechanisms to prioritize product initiatives.
• Drive data‑driven decision‑making through advanced analytics, experimentation, and AI/ML feature evaluation.
• Influence technical direction by collaborating with Engineering on architecture, feasibility, and innovation opportunities.
• Mentor product managers and promote rigorous launch readiness and performance measurement.
