Job summary

The Walmart Fulfillment Services (WFS) team seeks an analytical Staff Product Manager to lead strategy and execution for the financial and commercial platform powering how WFS prices services, applies incentives, calculates fees, and communicates financial activity. You will collaborate across Engineering, Design, and Business partners in a cross‑functional, tech‑driven environment.

You will contribute to platform architecture, seller experience, financial performance, and detailed transaction

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field and 7 years’ product management experience.
• 9 years’ experience in product management or related area.
• Experience with data-driven decision making and analytics.
• Understanding of AI/ML applications in product development.

Responsibilities

• Define and own multi-quarter product vision and strategy for financial systems enabling cost estimation and accurate fees.
• Lead end-to-end product lifecycle management with cross-functional teams from discovery to launch.
• Build customer and market insights using data analytics, design thinking, and feedback mechanisms.
• Drive data-driven decision making through analytics, experimentation, and AI/ML feature evaluation.
• Influence technical direction by collaborating with Engineering on architecture, feasibility, and innovation.
• Mentor product managers and promote launch readiness and performance measurement.
