Job summary

Built is hiring a Staff Product Manager, Data to own the data capabilities and reporting tools on the Built platform. You will craft embedded analytics, portfolio dashboards, and data sharing integrations, partnering with data engineering to ensure data quality and timely delivery for lenders, owners, and GCs.

You will set the end-to-end roadmap for data products, translate customer needs into concrete requirements, and drive data strategy across the product org.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years in product management with 2+ years owning data or analytics products in B2B SaaS.
• Strong SQL ability and comfort querying data directly.
• Knowledge of modern data stack concepts: warehouses, ELT, dimensional modeling.
• Experience detailing data requirements, data contracts and acceptance criteria.
• Proven track record shipping data features adopted by customers.

Responsibilities

• Own data capabilities strategy, roadmaps, and embedded analytics for customers.
• Collaborate with data engineering on models, pipelines, and data quality.
• Define shared metrics so terms mean the same across products and teams.
• Support data exports and integrations with customer systems.
• Advise on data powering AI features and monitor adoption/impact.
