Stripe is seeking a Staff Product Manager to lead the dashboard product strategy and evolution for internal and/or external users. You will partner with engineering, design, analytics, and go-to-market teams to shape how people consume and act on information through the dashboard.

You will define vision and roadmap, collaborate to improve usability and data clarity, and communicate tradeoffs to stakeholders across the organization.

Qualifikationen

• Significant product management experience with dashboards or data-heavy interfaces.
• Ability to set strategy and execute independently at Staff IC level.
• Strong analytical skills using data to inform prioritization.
• Excellent collaboration and communication with technical and non-technical partners.

• Define the long-term vision, strategy, and roadmap for the dashboard product area.
• Partner with engineering and design to ship measurable improvements to usability, performance, and data clarity.
• Conduct user research and analyze usage data to identify high-impact opportunities.
• Collaborate with adjacent product teams to ensure the dashboard integrates cleanly with surrounding workflows.
• Serve as a thought partner to product leadership on dashboard standards, patterns, and shared components.
• Communicate product direction, tradeoffs, and progress to stakeholders across the organization.
