Job summary

Stripe is seeking a Product Designer to join the Product Design team on the Dashboard, shaping user experiences for merchants. You will design, prototype, and refine core dashboard features in collaboration with product and engineering peers.

You will work cross-functionally to translate complex requirements into intuitive interfaces, advocate for users, and contribute to a culture of feedback and iteration across Stripe’s fintech products. Remote/hybrid options are available.

Qualifications

• 4+ years relevant design experience.
• A portfolio showcasing strong design skills with high-quality, well-crafted UI experiences.
• Experience partnering closely with product, engineering, and other cross-functional teams to drive product direction.
• Demonstrated ability to work horizontally across product verticals and collaborate upwards with team and company leadership.
• Demonstrated ability to wrangle lots of competing priorities, points of view, as well as user and business needs to come up with a solution.
• Experience designing for a B2B or fintech product.

Responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of the Stripe ecosystem, users, and UI to inform product direction.
• Deliver high-quality, user-centered designs that evolve core surfaces and elevate the overall user experience.
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, engineers, user researchers, and content designers to shape strategy and execution.
• Share work regularly in design reviews and actively contribute to a strong culture of feedback and iteration.
