Job summary

Pinterest is seeking a Staff Product Manager for the Content-to-Discovery Platform. You will set the multi-year strategy for content, catalog, processing, indexing, and retrieval across markets, partnering with engineering, data science, and product leaders.

You will own the roadmap for content onboarding, data enrichment, and low-latency serving, driving metrics around freshness, quality, and impact while mentoring other PMs.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in product management or technical leadership.

Responsibilities

• Set and drive a multi-year strategy for the end-to-end content-to-discovery flywheel across acquisition, processing, indexing, and retrieval/serving.
• Own the roadmap for the infrastructure supporting content, scraping, and catalog onboarding, ensuring the right supply enters by category and domain.
• Drive the extraction, processing, metadata enrichment, and freshness lifecycle, keeping content and catalog data current and trustworthy.
• Own indexing across Shopping and Search and retrieval/serving with latency and performance awareness.
• Define how the org measures freshness and reliability, and use data to prioritize investment and demonstrate impact.
• Partner across content, shopping, search, and infrastructure teams, mentoring peer PMs.
