Job summary

Horizon3.ai is seeking a dynamic Product Manager to own NodeZero's compliance and reporting capabilities, turning attack findings into audit-ready evidence for SOC 2, ISO 27001, PCI-DSS, HIPAA, and more. You will map frameworks, drive the reporting experience, and lead adoption across internal and customer teams.

You will partner with Engineering, GTM, and Executives to deliver a strong compliance roadmap, enable efficient renewals, and expand in regulated industries.

Qualifications

• 5+ years startup PM experience with technical B2B products.
• 3+ years working with compliance/GRC frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001, PCI-DSS, HIPAA, NIST, FedRAMP).
• Experience building reporting or evidence-generation products for security or audits.
• Comfort translating security findings into audit-ready language.
• Analytical skills using Excel, SQL, BI; Python desired.
• Strong written communication for docs and emails.
• Bias towards action to drive impact quickly.

Responsibilities

• Own vision, strategy, and accountability for compliance and reporting.
• Set ARR targets and work with Sales, CS, and Finance to hit them.
• Define the business plan and framework coverage roadmap.
• Lead pricing, packaging, and monetization for compliance features.
• Design engagement reports, executive summaries, and audit-ready packages.
• Collaborate with GTM, Design, and Eng to meet auditor needs.
• Drive adoption: accelerate time to first audit-ready report, reduce churn.
• Track reporting metrics and close gaps impacting renewals.
