In this matrixed role, you will influence multiple squads, define signals, set success metrics, and prioritize work across groups to maximize buyer impact while aligning with Etsy's mission to Keep Commerce Human.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of product management experience in ML-powered products.
• Deep ML fluency to discuss retrieval, ranking, embeddings and pipelines.
• Strong analytical demeanor with data-driven decision making.
• Proven ability to lead in a matrixed environment with credibility.
