HighLevel is seeking a Lead Product Designer for the Builder pod to elevate creator tools—websites, funnels, emails, and templates—through exceptional craft and systems thinking. You will drive product direction as a lead IC, partnering with product and engineering leaders to shape future experiences for agencies, entrepreneurs and SMBs.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant product design experience with leadership experience (2+ years).
• Experience with creator tools, WYSIWYG editors, no-code builders, SaaS/B2B platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead design strategy and execution for Builder pod experiences from discovery through delivery.
• Translate customer needs and product strategy into clear experience direction for creator workflows.
• Partner with product and engineering to define vision, prioritize opportunities and align teams.
• Design and refine complex editing experiences including canvases, templates and AI-assisted workflows.
• Mentor designers, raise design quality, and lead design critiques across teams.
