Job summary

Lilly is seeking a senior product leader to own strategic product decisions for biotech tools. You will turn user insights into scalable products, work closely with engineering and design, and mentor growing PMs. You’ll operate within a regulated environment, balancing science with impactful software delivery.

You’ll lead discovery, define scope, and ensure alignment with stakeholders, while shipping features that empower scientists and researchers to accelerate discovery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 8+ years in product management shipping software.
• Experience shipping AI/ML-enabled features is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify user problems through discovery with interviews and prototypes.
• Define end-to-end product strategy, roadmap, and launch.
• Collaborate with engineering and design, mentoring PMs.
• Navigate enterprise infrastructure and compliance.
