Job summary

Lilly is hiring a Staff Product Manager to own this area as an individual contributor. You will set the direction for your domain and decide what the first release leaves out, while joining products already in flight on a roadmap you will challenge and refine.

You’ll work shoulder to shoulder with engineering, design, data science, and drug developers, owning strategy, scope, and launch, and mentoring peers as the team grows in a regulated biopharma setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years of product management experience with shipping software
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Experience mentoring product managers and working in life sciences or biotech is a plus
• Strong ability to work with engineering, data science, and drug developers

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product area: strategy, scope, roadmap, and launches
• Write specs and analysis; guide discovery and prioritize with data
• Communicate decisions clearly to engineering, leadership, and end users
• Set scope and decide what the first release leaves out
• Mentor product managers and partner with engineering on hiring
