• 5-8 years of product design experience.
• Experience with lending, payments, or financial services is a plus.
• Proven ability to ship features end to end from framing through iteration.

Responsabilidades

• Own feature and flow design within a lending product area, from problem framing through launch and iteration.
• Define where and how credit appears inside existing customer workflows (invoices, payroll, banking, cash flow).
• Maintain high design craft with clarity and simple, customer-friendly language.
• Collaborate with product and data science to shape experiments and interpret results.
• Use data (activation, application, approval, drop-off) to guide what to build next.
• Apply qualitative research to answer questions quickly and validate decisions.
• Contribute to the design system and ensure consistency across teams.
• Communicate design rationale and recommended actions to partners.
