Job summary

HighLevel is accelerating its Email Marketing platform and seeks a Staff Product Manager to transform Email Marketing from a traditional campaign builder into an AI-first, end-to-end campaign creation and automation ecosystem.

You will own the Email Builder end-to-end experience, lead AI-native editing, lifecycle automation and intelligent campaign insights, and drive adoption, activation and revenue with a clear, metrics-driven roadmap.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Product Management experience in SaaS or marketing tools.
• Experience with editors, drag-and-drop builders, or content creation interfaces.
• Hands-on AI/ML integrations and prompt engineering workflows.
• Ability to write PRDs and map user journeys.
• Data instrumentation and AB testing to measure funnel metrics.
• Strong cross-functional stakeholder management and communication.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the Email Builder and AI-powered lifecycle roadmap.
• Lead cross-functional teams across Engineering, Design, AI, GTM.
• Ship Sequence AI and prompt-based email workflows.
• Develop analytics dashboards and measurable KPIs.
• Ensure localization and multi-language support.
• Ensure privacy, compliance, and brand voice guardrails.
