Job summary

Webflow seeks a Staff Product Manager, AI to set the direction for AI across the platform. You will own the multi-year strategy for the Agent Access area, coordinating across Engineering, Design, and Data to ship a coherent AI-driven experience for developers and creators.

You'll drive vision for Webflow's agent surfaces, define the standard for high-quality AI experiences, and work across teams to ensure consistent, reliable product delivery in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• BS/BA college degree or relevant experience.
• 8+ years of product management experience, with deep expertise in AI-powered systems.
• Experience with platforms, APIs, and extensibility.

Responsibilities

• Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Webflow's agent surfaces: AI Assistant, MCP, Agent Instructions, and underlying platform.
• Sequence work to create coherent, shared primitives that serve 1st-party and 3rd-party agents.
• Define quality standards, evals, guardrails, and metrics for non-deterministic AI products.
• Balance developer-grade surfaces and user-friendly AI for creators, without shortchanging either.
