Orion Advisor Technology, LLC seeks a Staff Product Manager, the senior IC path in product, to lead high-leverage platform initiatives. This player-coach role ships complex work, mentors 3–6 peer PMs, and advances AI-native workflows with a focus on quality and impact.

The Staff PM collaborates with engineering leadership, translates strategy into a clear product vision, and leads end-to-end discovery with AI-accelerated methods, including customer interviews and data analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 10+ years in product management or product engineering with increasing scope.
• At least one AI-forward or technically deep product role.

Responsibilities

• Own platform-level bets and ambiguous, high-impact problems.
• Ship PRDs, prototypes, features, and post-launch analyses to a high quality bar.
• Build AI-native workflows and publish team standards.
• Partner with engineering leadership on technical direction and data contracts.
• Translate GM-level strategy into a crisp, opinionated product vision.
