ClickUp is seeking a Staff AI Engineer – AI Product to lead the design, development, and deployment of AI-powered features across the product. You will work with product, design, and engineering to translate user needs into scalable, production-ready AI solutions, integrating multiple LLMs for context-aware experiences.

The role requires deep expertise in LLMs, AI models, and production-grade AI systems, plus a track record of mentoring engineers and delivering measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• Proven experience building and shipping AI-powered features or products in production.
• Deep understanding of LLMs and AI models, including strengths, limitations, and integration strategies.
• Experience orchestrating multiple AI models to deliver cohesive user experiences.
• Experience developing evaluation frameworks and metrics for AI features, focusing on user impact and business value.
• Familiarity with AI privacy, security, and compliance best practices.

Responsabilités

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI-powered features and products that impact ClickUp users.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to identify AI-driven opportunities and translate needs into technical solutions.
• Integrate and orchestrate multiple LLMs and AI models for context-aware, personalized experiences.
• Prototype, test, and iterate on new AI features using user feedback and data.
• Ensure reliability, scalability, and performance of AI-powered features in production.
• Stay at the forefront of AI research and product trends, incorporating advancements into the product roadmap.
• Mentor engineers in best practices for building AI-powered products.
