Unity seeks a Staff Product Manager to lead one or more Unity AI workstreams, shaping vision, strategy, and a bold roadmap that advances agentic AI-powered workflows for game creation. You will partner with engineering, design, and ML teams to deliver rapid, market-informed iterations and to drive evaluations that define quality.

You will align with Unity’s Create and Grow divisions, collaborating across ecosystems to deliver a unified product experience and guide teams through ambiguity toward

• Proven track record from concept to launch, end-to-end ownership.
• Strong staff-level product management experience.
• Experience writing evaluations for AI products.

• Passion for games and AI-assisted creation.

Responsibilities

• Own product vision, strategy, and roadmap for one or more Unity AI workstreams.
• Partner with engineering, design, and ML teams to design agentic AI-powered workflows.

• Define evaluations and benchmarks guiding product quality.
