Job summary

Crusoe is accelerating AI compute, with a mission to power AI workloads at scale in energy-efficient ways. The Staff Product Manager, Fleet Management, will own the strategy and execution for systems that keep Crusoe's GPU/CPU fleet running reliably and efficiently, spanning provisioning, burn-in, health monitoring, maintenance orchestration, and decommissioning.

You'll collaborate with hardware partners, engineering, operations, networking, supply chain, finance and customer success to ensure

Qualifications

• 6+ years in product management delivering infrastructure or platform products.
• Expertise in provisioning, lifecycle, monitoring and operations at scale.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems and server hardware.
• Ability to solve ambiguous problems with research and analysis.
• Experience mentoring colleagues in product management or technical roles.

Responsibilities

• Own vision and strategy for fleet management, including provisioning and lifecycle.
• Drive product lifecycle from discovery through launch and iteration.
• Define direction for systems managing large-scale GPU/CPU infrastructure.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives across engineering, operations, networking, and success.
• Build consensus on architecture, tooling and process improvements.
• Translate customer reliability and performance needs into product requirements.
• Mentor other PMs and engineers in infrastructure operations and systems thinking.
