Job summary

Crusoe Energy Systems is seeking a Staff Product Manager for Bare Metal. You will own the strategy and outcomes for a brand-new initiative delivering direct GPU/CPU access to AI-native workloads, bridging hardware and software with a focus on provisioning, observability, and customer self-service.

You’ll collaborate across engineering, infra-ops, and sales to convert customer feedback into roadmap priorities, while working with senior leadership to navigate ambiguity and define the problem space.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in cloud and computing technology including 4+ years in product management for infrastructure/platforms
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives through ambiguity and driving long-term vision

Responsibilities

• Own the bare metal strategy and outcomes for Crusoe's new initiative
• Define end-to-end customer experience, including escalation workflows in partnership with Operations and Support
• Drive vision for bare metal compute, provisioning systems, and lifecycle management
• Align hardware and software layers to deliver a differentiated bare metal experience
• Represent the portfolio to executives and partners with clear business context
