Job summary

Crusoe is seeking a Staff Product Manager to own fleet management systems for its GPU/CPU infrastructure, enabling reliable scaling for AI workloads. You will drive provisioning, burn-in, health monitoring, maintenance orchestration, and decommissioning across multi-node clusters.

You will collaborate with hardware partners, engineering, and customer success to translate customer needs into scalable product capabilities while mentoring other PMs and engineers.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of product management experience delivering infrastructure or platform products.
• Experience owning cross-functional initiatives and driving product outcomes.
• Ability to translate reliability and performance impact into product requirements.

Responsibilities

• Own vision and strategy for fleet management systems including provisioning and lifecycle management.
• Drive product development from discovery through launch and iteration.
• Define direction for large-scale GPU/CPU infrastructure reliability and utilization.
• Lead cross-functional programs spanning engineering, operations, and customer success.
• Build consensus on architecture, tooling, and processes across teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve fleet utilization and reduce overhead.
