Qualifications

• 6+ years in product management with ownership of significant domains.
• Experience in high-growth technology environments.
• Proven track record of owning product metrics and delivering outcomes.
• Deep understanding of workflow products or automation platforms.
• Experience with AI, automation, data, or ML-enabled products.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven prioritisation.

Responsibilities

• Own product strategy and execution for a critical business domain.
• Define KPI improvements across customer, operational, and automation metrics.
• Build AI-enabled workflows to improve efficiency, quality, and experience.
• Partner with engineering, operations, and commercial teams.
• Establish evaluation frameworks for product, model, and operational performance.
• Develop data strategies to improve system accuracy and decision-making.
