• 5+ years in product management and a strong commercial orientation.
• Generalist who owns products end-to-end across discovery, delivery, GTM, and stakeholders.
• Thrive in ambiguity and greenfield work, shaping new problems.
• B2B SaaS background with enterprise-scale deployment experience.
• Fast and pragmatic under deadlines while keeping the end user in focus.
• Confident and opinionated—comfortable with senior engineering leadership on priorities and strategy.
• AI-native in how you work and how you think about the product.

Responsibilities

• Own Tasks as the primary focus, shaping it from early build to scalable enterprise rollout.
• Collaborate with an operational-retail domain expert and internal designers to translate real-world needs into software solutions.
• Engage directly with flagship enterprise customers to translate their operational reality into product outcomes.
• Maintain health of the wider Actions surface—forms, HR actions, and existing widget/plugin estate.
• Define success metrics for operational products: frontline adoption first, corporate reporting second.
• Bring an AI-native lens to product decisions—unlock real work vs. noise.
• Support strategic discussions with senior stakeholders on integration depth and roadmap.
