Job summary

ClickUp is hiring a Staff Product Manager to own broad problem spaces across product surfaces. You will prototype cross-cutting AI-enabled workflows, mentor senior PMs, and drive strategy with hands-on product building.

You will engage directly with leadership to shape decisions spanning multiple teams. You will excel if you have 6–8+ years in PM, a proven ability to align without authority, and a track record of data-driven decision making and mentoring others.

Qualifications
