Harvey seeks a Product Manager to shape the core agent experience—defining how users create, refine, and verify AI-generated work, ensure sources, and enforce structure. You’ll connect what users see to the underlying capabilities powering it.

You’ll partner with Design, Engineering, Applied AI, Research, and Platform teams to translate opportunities into focused releases, validate decisions with users and data, and balance simplicity with capability.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience with user-facing products.
• Experience simplifying complex workflows without losing core capabilities.
• Ability to own problems spanning UI and underlying systems.
• History turning ambitious ideas into early releases validated with users.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for a core area of Harvey's agent experience from discovery through launch and iteration.
• Build experiences to edit, refine, and verify AI-generated work, enabling inspection of supporting evidence.
• Partner with Design, Product Engineering, Applied AI, Research, and Platform teams to solve problems across interfaces and agent behavior.
• Translate opportunities into focused releases, test key assumptions early, and use feedback and data to guide investment.
• Keep the experience simple as capabilities expand, deciding what to surface, automate, or give users control.
