Responsibilities

• Lead the design of end-to-end product experiences from concept to launch.

• Refine and expand the design system for a cohesive visual language across the product.
• Conduct user research to uncover pain points and inform design decisions.
• Develop prototypes to explore and validate new features and interactions.
• Maintain a high design bar and guide the team with thoughtful decisions at every step.
• Promote best practices in designing with AI.
