Job summary

Harvey is seeking a Product Manager to drive the core product experience for our agents. You will define how users create, refine, and verify AI-generated work, ensuring sources and evidence are clear and the outputs meet formatting requirements.

You’ll partner with Design, Engineering, Applied AI, and Research to turn ambitious ideas into useful early releases, balancing user needs with system capabilities, and maintaining a simple, guided experience as the product evolves.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience building user-facing products.
• Experience making complex workflows intuitive and preserving capabilities.
• Experience owning problems spanning the UI and underlying systems.
• Track record of turning ambitious ideas into useful early releases and making data-driven decisions.
• Experience with AI or LLM-powered products is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for a core area of Harvey’s agent experience from discovery to launch and iteration.
• Build experiences that help users edit, refine, and verify AI-generated work and inspect supporting evidence.
• Partner with Design, Product Engineering, Applied AI, Research, and Platform teams to solve problems across the interface and underlying agent behavior.
• Turn broad product opportunities into focused releases, testing key assumptions early using customer feedback and usage data.
• Keep the experience simple as capabilities expand, deciding what to surface, automate, and where users need control.
