Harvey is seeking a Product Manager to drive core agent experience, shaping how users create, refine, and verify AI-generated work. You will connect user actions to underlying agent capabilities, collaborating with engineering, design, and applied AI to deliver intuitive, trustworthy outputs.

This role emphasizes ownership, fast decision-making, and shipping features that help users inspect evidence, ensure accuracy, and maintain control over complex workflows.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience building user-facing products in B2B/consumer contexts.
• Proven ability to simplify complex workflows while preserving essential capabilities.
• Experience spanning UI and underlying systems; works with engineers to determine interaction vs system change.
• Track record turning ambitious ideas into early releases validated with users.
• Ability to learn unfamiliar technical domains; AI or LLM experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Own strategy, roadmap, and execution for a core area of Harvey’s agent experience from discovery through launch and iteration.
• Build experiences to edit, refine, and verify AI-generated work, making it easy to inspect supporting evidence and identify what needs closer review.
• Partner with Design, Product Engineering, Applied AI, Research, and Platform teams to solve problems across the interface and underlying agent behavior.
• Turn broad product opportunities into focused releases, testing the most important assumptions early and using customer feedback and usage data to guide investment.
• Keep the experience simple as Harvey’s capabilities expand, making deliberate decisions about what to surface, what to automate, and where users need control.
