Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in engineering or related field.
- 5–8+ years in product management or technical delivery for complex tech products.
- Hands-on technical depth with hardware/software systems and operational deployment.
- Strong ability to lead cross-functional teams at scale.
- Excellent communication with executives and engineering teams.
Responsibilities
- Set product strategy and multi-release roadmap for ATP additive manufacturing.
- Lead discovery with plant and partners to identify high-value use cases.
- Own creation of PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Drive cross-functional execution with engineering and suppliers.
- Define KPIs: uptime, print success, throughput, cost per part, material use.
