Job summary

Develop Health is hiring a Staff Product Engineer to turn complex healthcare problems into simple, reliable products. This is a hands‑on role with ownership from understanding user needs through launch and production.

Together with Product, AI, and Operations, you'll build products that remove the obstacles between a prescription and treatment, from interfaces people use to the services, integrations, and AI‑powered workflows behind them.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• Ability to define system boundaries and weigh delivery speed, reliability, and maintainability.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex product initiatives from discovery through launch and personally build critical parts.
• Ship across backend services, UI, data models, integrations and workflow infrastructure.
• Make architectural decisions and clearly explain trade-offs for future product directions.
• Build testing, observability, safe rollouts, and AI fallbacks into the product and iterate from production feedback.
• Mentor engineers and help build AI-native tools and processes to remove blockers.
