CopilotIQ + Biofourmis is pioneering AI-driven health tech, enabling in-home care from pre-surgical to chronic care. We are seeking a Staff Product Engineer to set technical direction, own pod architecture, and stay hands-on while guiding teams across product, sales, and operations.

You will lead design reviews, shape platform capabilities, and mentor engineers, delivering high-impact AI-powered features with strong reliability and security.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional software development experience.
• Experience designing, building, and operating cloud-based production systems end to end.
• Hands-on leadership in adopting AI coding agents in production with guardrails.

Responsibilities

• Set the technical direction and architecture for the pod and platform.
• Lead design reviews and key build, buy, and integration decisions.
• Stay hands-on by writing production code and shipping with the team.
• Translate business problems into clear technical strategy and plans for the pod.
• Define AI agent guidelines, testing strategies, and review standards for patient data.
