Job summary

DoorDash is seeking a Staff Product Designer to lead a shift toward high-impact, scalable design across meals for work. You will drive strategies, craft reusable workflows, and mentor teams while partnering with product and engineering to deliver enterprise-grade experiences.

You will work in a hybrid model, with offices 1–2 days a week and remote work otherwise, across San Francisco, Seattle, or New York City.

Qualifications

• Portfolio showing craft excellence and systems thinking.
• Experience applying design at scale across teams and tools.
• Ability to mentor peers and influence roadmaps with evidence.

Responsibilities

• Define projects with a clear point of view on what to build and why.
• Bring clarity to ambiguous cross-team problems and drive prioritization.
• Shape projects from concept through execution and ship measurable outcomes.
• Design solutions spanning multiple workflows and contribute reusable tools.
• Build trusted relationships across teams and influence roadmaps.
