Job summary

DoorDash is seeking a design leader to grow and retain Dashers, collaborating across Growth and Financial Products. You’ll move from strategy to shipped product, mentoring on responsible AI and building scalable experiences for US and international markets. A hybrid schedule includes 1–2 days per week in San Francisco or New York design hubs.

You’ll own roadmaps, balance business and user needs, and ship high-fidelity designs, influencing multiple teams and contributing to reusable frameworks.

Qualifications
